Who should get a radon test?
The EPA recommends that properties have a radon test completed once every two years. This includes homes with high radon levels, homes with previously low radon levels, and homes with active and passive mitigation systems.
Can this be added to my home inspection?
Absolutely! If you did not schedule a radon test with your inspector, you can schedule with us.
What equipment do you use?
We use Airthings Corentium Pro continuous radon monitors. These are widely considered one of the best radon monitors in the industry. There are times that we may use other radon testing equipment as well, but these are our “go-to’s.”
Does your online scheduler show actual available times?
Yes! When you book instantly online, you are seeing real-time available appointment times. When you book, it will reserve the time slot you selected.
Do you partner with home inspection companies?
We do! As you know, radon testing equipment is costly and requires extensive recordkeeping, maintenance, and valuable time. Outsource your radon testing with us and you know you’ll be in good hands.
